Terms and Conditions

All entry fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. injury, illness, bereavement), entrants may apply in writing for a refund, subject to a $20 administration fee.

Entries may be transferred to another person for a $20 administration fee, up until the close of entries.

Entrants may change event category up until the close of entries, subject to paying any price difference when switching to a longer event. No refund is available for switching to a shorter event, except in exceptional circumstances.

The event organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event if the weather forecast renders the event unsafe, or for other reasons at their discretion. In this case, the event may be rescheduled to a back-up date in December.
If the event is cancelled, or where an entrant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, the organisers will endeavour to refund as much of the entry fee as possible, subject to costs already incurred.
